Investment Operations Associate

Vanguard is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Investment Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. This individual will need to have a strong working knowledge of financial services operations, a sharp eye for detail and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.This position requires a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, and at least three years of experience in financial services operations. Knowledge of Vanguard products and services is preferred. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new concepts and processes, multitask effectively, and accurately complete tasks in a timely manner. Additionally, the successful candidate must be able to work cooperatively with team members and other departments within the organization.

Responsibilities: • Analyze financial services operations and provide solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy. • Utilize knowledge of Vanguard products and services to provide reliable and accurate advice to customers. • Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner. • Monitor and keep up-to-date with current and changing financial services regulations. • Maintain communication with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations. • Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and resolve any issues that may arise. • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly. • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes. • Prepare and analyze reports related to financial services operations. • Provide training and mentoring to new team members.
