Job Description

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with experience in Investment Operations? Vanguard is looking for an Investment Operations Associate to join our team and help ensure smooth operations of our investment processes. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of functions, from validating and reconciling investment data to leading process improvement initiatives.If you're a self-starter with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you to take your career to the next level. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, and at least two years of experience in Investment Operations. Working knowledge of investment products and financial markets is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  1. Validate and reconcile investment data
  2. Lead process improvement initiatives
  3. Monitor and analyze investment performance
  4. Develop and maintain detailed records
  5. Monitor financial markets and investment products
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
  7. Create monthly reports for management
  8. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment of investments
  9. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  10. Assist with system implementations and upgrades
