- Support program participants in their transition to a full-time sales role, providing guidance and support as they begin their career within the company.
- Collaborate with sales managers and leaders to identify potential career opportunities for program graduates and assist in their placement within the organization.
- Represent Vanguard and the Internal Wholesaler Training & Development Program at career fairs and industry events to attract top talent and promote the program's benefits and success stories.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field
