- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders by understanding their objectives and providing HR support and guidance to help achieve business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and employees to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Provide expertise in HR practices and policies to ensure compliance and alignment with company values and goals.
- Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that support the company's mission and values.
- Partner with business leaders to identify and address employee development needs, including performance management, training, and career development.
- Act as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Conduct regular HR assessments to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing employee engagement, retention, and overall effectiveness.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management, advocating for employee needs and ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Proactively identify and address potential HR issues and provide solutions to mitigate risks.
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, With A Focus On Business Partnership And Strategic Planning.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With All Levels Of The Organization.
Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Programs And Initiatives That Align With Business Objectives.
