  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Workday Compensation and other HR technology systems utilized by Vanguard.
  2. Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Compensation and provide guidance and support to HR and business leaders.
  3. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop and implement compensation strategies that align with Vanguard's overall goals and objectives.
  4. Monitor and analyze compensation data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  5. Continuously evaluate and improve compensation processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR technology and compensation to inform and enhance Vanguard's practices.
  7. Provide training and support to HR and business leaders on Workday Compensation and other HR technology systems.
  8. Serve as a project lead for compensation-related initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
  9. Act as a liaison between HR, business leaders, and IT to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to HR technology systems.
  10. Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR technology policies, procedures, and documentation.
  11. Participate in vendor management, including contract negotiations and vendor relationship management.
  12. Foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication within the HR Technology team and across departments.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and regulations, with a strong focus on data privacy and security.
  14. Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement and actively contribute to the advancement of the HR Technology function at Vanguard.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience Working With Workday Compensation, Including Configuration And Implementation.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Best Practices, With A Focus On Compensation.

  • Knowledge Of Other Hr Systems And Technologies, Such As Payroll, Benefits, And Performance Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Provide Technical Support To End-Users.
