HR Generalist

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
2. Provide guidance on a variety of HR topics such as employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
3. Assist in recruiting efforts and activities including writing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews.
4. Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to support organizational objectives.
5. Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, investigations, and disciplinary matters.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
7. Administer HR programs such as performance management, compensation, and benefits.
8. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
9. Research and stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
10. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management on organizational development and employee engagement.
