- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with leaders and employees in the Shared Services division to understand their needs and provide HR support and guidance.
- Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, advising on talent management, employee relations, performance management, and other HR related issues.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to develop and implement HR initiatives and programs that align with the company's overall goals and drive employee engagement.
- Conduct regular HR assessments to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for positive change.
- Provide guidance and support for recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience and a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Advise and coach managers on employee development, career planning, and performance management.
- Proactively identify and address employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Stay up-to-date on HR best practices, trends, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives and projects.
- Serve as a role model for the company's culture and values, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr, Preferably In A Shared Services Environment
Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Systems, Including Hris, Payroll, And Benefits
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels
Demonstrated Experience In Project Management, Process Improvement, And Change Management Within An Hr Function
