We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our Shared Services team. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic HR support to our Shared Services division, ensuring the alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives.   1. Collaborate with business leaders to understand the strategic objectives and goals of the Shared Services division and develop HR strategies to support them.
  2. Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance and support on a range of HR issues including employee relations, performance management, talent management, and workforce planning.
  3. Conduct regular meetings with business leaders to understand their needs and concerns and proactively identify potential HR issues and provide solutions to address them.
  4. Lead the implementation of HR programs and initiatives within the Shared Services division, ensuring they are aligned with the overall business objectives and effectively support the company's mission and values.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels within the Shared Services division, fostering a positive and engaging work culture.
  6. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee development, performance management, and career planning to support their team's growth and development.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  8. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance HR processes and practices within the Shared Services division.
  9. Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent for the Shared Services division.
  10. Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to identify and address training and development needs within the Shared Services division, ensuring employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  11. Monitor and analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve HR processes and practices.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve the employee experience within the Shared Services division, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements to HR practices within the Shared Services division.
  14. Lead and participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR leadership team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Hr Business Partner Role, Preferably In A Shared Services Environment

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations, Including Fmla, Ada, And Eeoc

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization

  • Demonstrated Experience In Implementing And Managing Hr Programs And Initiatives, Such As Performance Management, Employee Engagement, And Talent Development.
