- Develop and implement a comprehensive threat intelligence program to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential threats to the organization.
- Lead a team of threat intelligence analysts to collect, analyze, and disseminate actionable intelligence to relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor and assess the threat landscape and provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on potential risks and vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT security, risk management, and legal, to ensure a coordinated response to potential threats.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging threats, tactics, and techniques used by cybercriminals and develop strategies to mitigate their impact on the organization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as law enforcement agencies and industry peers, to leverage intelligence and best practices.
- Conduct regular threat assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential weaknesses in the organization's systems and processes.
- Develop and maintain threat intelligence policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency and effectiveness in the program.
- Communicate threat intelligence findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other relevant stakeholders.
- Continuously improve the organization's threat intelligence capabilities through the evaluation and implementation of new tools and technologies.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Threat Intelligence: The Ideal Candidate For The Head Of Threat Intelligence Position At Vanguard Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Current Threat Landscape And A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Mitigating Threats In A Complex Environment.

Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Analytical Skills To Identify And Assess Potential Threats, As Well As The Ability To Think Critically And Strategically To Develop Effective Solutions.
Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Head Of Threat Intelligence Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Information To Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Management, And Work Collaboratively With Other Teams To Mitigate Potential Threats.
Relevant Certifications And Education: A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Or Information Technology Is Preferred For This Role.
