- Develop and maintain a comprehensive ethics and conduct compliance program for the company.
- Stay up-to-date with all laws, regulations, and industry standards related to ethics and conduct compliance.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential areas of non-compliance.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training programs to promote ethical behavior and ensure compliance.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all ethics and conduct compliance matters, providing guidance and support to employees at all levels of the organization.

- Provide regular reports to senior management and the Board of Directors on the company's compliance efforts and any identified areas of concern.
- Maintain a strong understanding of emerging trends and best practices in ethics and conduct compliance and incorporate them into the company's program.
- Lead by example and foster a culture of ethics and accountability throughout the organization.
- Mentor and train employees on ethical principles and compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as regulators and industry associations, to stay informed on industry developments and best practices.

Extensive Knowledge Of Ethical Principles And Conduct Compliance Regulations: A Head Of Ethics And Conduct Compliance At Vanguard Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of Ethical Principles And Regulations Related To Financial Services, As Well As The Ability To Interpret And Apply Them Effectively Within The Organization.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: This Role Requires A Leader Who Can Effectively Communicate And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization, From Front-Line Employees To Senior Management, To Promote A Culture Of Ethical Behavior And Compliance.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Compliance Programs: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Compliance Programs, Including Policies, Procedures, And Training Programs, To Ensure Adherence To Ethical Standards.
