- Collaborate with external auditors or regulatory agencies as needed to support audits or investigations.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the organization's compliance and risk management processes and procedures.
- Stay informed of industry trends and developments related to governance, risk, and compliance, and make recommendations for incorporating best practices.
- Adhere to confidentiality and data protection policies in all compliance and risk management activities.
- Maintain a strong culture of ethical and responsible practices throughout the organization.
- Communicate any compliance or risk-related updates or changes to relevant stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field. A Strong Understanding Of Financial Principles And Industry Regulations Is Essential For A Governance, Risk & Compliance Analyst Role At Vanguard.
Professional Certification In Risk Management Or Compliance, Such As Certified Risk Management Professional (Crmp) Or Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (Crcm). This Demonstrates A Commitment To Staying Current With Industry Best Practices And Regulations.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Risk Management, Compliance, Or Audit Roles. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Solid Foundation In Risk Assessment, Compliance Monitoring, And Internal Control Processes.
