Fixed Income Trader

We are seeking a highly motivated Fixed Income Trader to join our team at Vanguard. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be highly organized and detail-oriented.To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 3 years of prior experience trading fixed income securities, and a strong understanding of economic fundamentals. Prior experience with Bloomberg, Trading Technologies, or similar platforms is also preferred. 1. Monitor the fixed income markets and identify trading opportunities.

5. Utilize Bloomberg, Trading Technologies, or similar platforms to execute trades.
6. Monitor portfolio performance and adjust trading strategies as needed.
7. Develop relationships with key market participants and counterparties.
8. Keep detailed records of trading activity.
9. Provide guidance and support to junior traders.
10. Stay abreast of industry news and developments.
