Job Description

Are you an experienced Equity Research Analyst with a passion for the stock market and financial analysis? Vanguard is looking for an Equity Research Analyst to join our team and provide key support to our Investment Strategy Group. The ideal candidate will have the ability to research, analyze, and evaluate stocks and other securities to make informed investment decisions.To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of five years of experience in equity research and analysis, a Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, and strong technical skills. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:

  1. Research and analyze stocks and other securities to make informed investment decisions.
  2. Utilize quantitative and qualitative analysis to forecast market trends.
  3. Evaluate financial statements, balance sheets, and other financial documents.
  4. Monitor news and developments in the financial markets.
  5. Prepare detailed reports on equity research and analysis.
  6. Collaborate with the Investment Strategy Group to identify profitable investment opportunities.
  7. Provide regular updates on market trends and company performance.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external clients.
  9. Stay up to date on new regulations and industry developments.
  10. Adhere to all internal and external compliance regulations.
