  4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of current equity products, making recommendations for improvements or changes as needed.

  6. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates on equity product performance and strategy.
  7. Provide guidance and training to junior team members on equity markets and product strategies.
