- Conduct thorough risk assessments and analyses for all divisions within Vanguard to identify potential risks and develop strategies for mitigation.
- Collaborate with divisional leaders and teams to implement risk management policies and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate divisional risk management processes to ensure effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework for the organization.
- Stay up-to-date on industry and regulatory developments related to risk management and provide guidance and training to divisional teams.
- Communicate and present risk management findings and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of risk awareness and accountability throughout the organization.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and stress tests to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective risk management practices.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for risk management and provide guidance and support to divisional teams as needed.
- Proactively identify and address potential risks, including emerging risks, and make recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate divisional risk profiles and make adjustments to risk management strategies as needed.
- Develop and maintain risk management reporting and dashboards for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment in risk management practices across divisions.
- Mentor and train junior team members on risk management best practices and procedures.
