  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for Vanguard's cybersecurity portfolio and operations.
  2. Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of Vanguard's cybersecurity team.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing cybersecurity measures and make recommendations for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of cybersecurity goals with overall business objectives.
  5. Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals to achieve departmental objectives.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats and trends, and provide guidance on potential risks to the organization.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance Vanguard's cybersecurity capabilities.
  8. Oversee the implementation of new cybersecurity technologies and tools to enhance overall security posture.
  9. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
  10. Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on the status of Vanguard's cybersecurity portfolio and operations.
  11. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards related to cybersecurity.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to cybersecurity portfolio and operations.
  13. Foster a culture of innovation and efficiency within the cybersecurity team.
  14. Collaborate with other departments to develop and execute crisis management and incident response plans.
  15. Act as a key point of contact for any cybersecurity-related inquiries or incidents from internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Cybersecurity Portfolio Planning And Operations, With A Minimum Of 7 Years In A Leadership Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Cybersecurity Frameworks And Industry Best Practices, Such As Nist, Iso, And Cis.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Executing Large-Scale Cybersecurity Projects And Programs.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Emerging Cybersecurity Trends And Technologies, And The Ability To Align Them With Business Objectives To Drive Innovation And Strategic Planning.
