Job Description

Vanguard is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the front line for customer inquiries and complaints. You will provide excellent customer service to our clients in a professional and timely manner.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable with using technology and phone systems. You should also have strong problem-solving skills and be able to think on your feet. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a desire to help our customers.If you are a customer service professional with the qualifications we need and you are passionate about providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  2. Utilize phone systems and technology to provide exceptional customer service.
  3. Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
  4. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide prompt resolutions.
  5. Make outbound calls to customers to answer questions and resolve complaints.
  6. Collect and document customer feedback on the quality of service provided.
  7. Refer customers to appropriate departments or personnel for further assistance.
  8. Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met.
  9. Assist with identifying and implementing process improvements.
  10. Maintain customer service standards and procedures.
