Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients • Handle customer inquiries, address customer complaints, and troubleshoot customer issues • Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer issues in a timely manner • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide customer assistance • Quickly and accurately enter customer information into our database • Adhere to customer service policies and procedures • Serve as the liaison between customers and other departments • Maintain professional relationships with customers • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on new products and services
