  1. Design innovative and scalable solutions for cross-platform initiatives.
  2. Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to understand technology needs and requirements.
  3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of cross-platform architecture.
  4. Create and maintain architectural standards and best practices.
  5. Lead and participate in the development and implementation of technology strategies.
  6. Provide technical guidance and expertise to development teams.
  7. Ensure solutions are aligned with business goals and objectives.
  8. Conduct research and make recommendations for new technologies.
  9. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to technology solutions.
  10. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives.
  11. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
  13. Mentor and coach junior architects and team members.
  14. Ensure timely delivery of projects and meet project goals and objectives.
  15. Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions and make recommendations for improvements.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Designing And Implementing Complex Cross-Platform Solutions, With A Strong Understanding Of Modern Application Architecture, Development Methodologies, And Industry Best Practices.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Cross-Platform Technologies, Such As Xamarin, React Native, And Flutter, And The Ability To Evaluate And Select The Most Appropriate Technology For Specific Project Requirements.

  • Proven Ability To Lead And Mentor Cross-Functional Teams, Including Developers, Designers, And Qa Engineers, To Successfully Deliver High-Quality Solutions Within Tight Timelines.

  • Strong Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Both Technical And Non-Technical Teams And Present Complex Technical Concepts In A Clear And Concise Manner.

  • Experience With Cloud Computing Platforms, Such As Aws, Azure, Or Google Cloud, And The Ability To Design And Implement Scalable And Secure Cross-Platform Solutions That Leverage These Platforms.
