Job Description

Vanguard is seeking a highly-organized, passionate Client Services Associate to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a knack for providing excellent customer service, be tech-savvy, and have a strong enthusiasm for financial services. In this role, you will be responsible for providing client service support and resolving inquiries in a timely manner.The successful candidate should have at least one year of experience in customer service, preferably in a financial services setting. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to clients and resolve inquiries in a timely manner.
  2. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  3. Maintain a high degree of organization and professionalism in all client interactions.
  4. Utilize technology to maximize efficiency and accuracy in customer service operations.
  5. Remain knowledgeable of current financial services and products.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
  7. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with services.
  8. Monitor customer service trends and suggest improvements where necessary.
  9. Prepare reports and provide feedback to management.
