  6. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel.
  7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Vanguard products and services and financial industry trends.
  8. Remain organized and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  9. Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.
  10. Adhere to industry regulations and best practices.
