1. Provide legal guidance and support to the marketing department in all aspects of advertising, communications, and promotional activities.

5. Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact marketing initiatives.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including compliance, risk management, and business stakeholders, to address legal issues and mitigate potential risks.
7. Review and negotiate contracts and agreements related to marketing activities, such as media buys, sponsorships, and partnerships.
8. Provide training and guidance to marketing team members on legal and regulatory requirements related to marketing and advertising.
9. Monitor and respond to any legal inquiries or challenges related to marketing activities, and work to resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
