  1. Develop and maintain archery-related software solutions for clients using the Archer platform.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features and enhancements.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand client needs and industry trends.
  4. Use technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs in the software.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the archery industry and incorporate them into the software.
  6. Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget.
  7. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  8. Test and debug code to ensure high-quality and error-free software.
  9. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  10. Collaborate with UX designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
  11. Provide technical support and assistance to clients as needed.
  12. Continuously improve and optimize existing software to enhance performance and user experience.
  13. Actively contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and coding standards.
  14. Communicate progress and updates to project managers and stakeholders.
  15. Mentor and train junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  16. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data security and privacy protocols.
  17. Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and solutions.
  18. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all projects.
  19. Proactively identify and suggest improvements and optimizations for existing systems.
  20. Keep track of emerging technologies and evaluate their potential to enhance the software and improve the development process.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Developing And Customizing Archer Solutions

  • Strong Understanding Of The Archer Platform And Its Capabilities

  • Proficient In Programming Languages Such As Java, Html, And Javascript

  • Experience With Agile Methodology And Project Management Tools
