Vanguard is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Android Technical Lead to join our team and lead the development of cutting-edge mobile applications. As the leader of our Android development team, you will be responsible for driving the design, development, and delivery of high-quality mobile solutions for our clients.   1. Lead and manage the Android development team to ensure the delivery of high-quality mobile applications.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, technical specifications, and timelines.
  3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Android development best practices and industry trends.
  4. Drive the design and architecture of mobile applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
  5. Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
  6. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  7. Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues, and provide timely resolutions.
  8. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and provide regular updates on progress.
  9. Collaborate with product owners and other stakeholders to prioritize and plan the product roadmap.
  10. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and integrate them into the development process when applicable.
  11. Lead the testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
  12. Continuously monitor and improve the development process and implement efficient workflows.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert on Android development and provide guidance to the broader organization.
  14. Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Developing And Deploying Android Applications, With A Minimum Of 5 Years As A Lead Developer.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Android Development Tools And Technologies, Including Java, Kotlin, Android Studio, And Android Sdk.

  • Expertise In Designing And Implementing Scalable And Efficient Mobile Architectures, Including Knowledge Of Mvp, Mvvm, And Other Design Patterns.

  • Strong Understanding Of Agile Methodologies And Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams In An Agile Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Mentor And Guide Junior Developers, Collaborate With Product Owners, And Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
