
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Administrator
The ERP Administrator is responsible for the overall system maintenance and on-going support for all software applications within the university’s technology landscape. Monitors systems for performance, availability, and capacity limits and addresses concerns and issues that arise to promote stable and efficient environments. Recommends and installs systems updates, enhancements, patches, services packs, and hot fixes. Partners with developers, systems analysts, and end-users to ensure successful implementation of software installations and upgrades. Prepares configuration test plans, test scripts, roll-back plans, and summary reports. Develops and delivers end-user training including navigating the ERP system, requesting permissions/securities, and maximizing the usage of the application support sites.
2 years of IT application support experience.
Technical knowledge of Ellucian Colleague or similar ERP system (preferably in higher education).
Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
