Teaching, Learning and Curriculum Librarian

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized individual to join our team as Teaching, Learning and Curriculum Librarian at Vanderbilt University. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills to join a leading academic institution. The successful candidate will need to be comfortable working with faculty, staff and students in a variety of settings. The Teaching, Learning and Curriculum Librarian will work closely with the Library’s Teaching and Learning Department to develop and maintain a strong library presence in the classroom. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Libraries’ efforts to support teaching, learning, and research at Vanderbilt University. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from an ALA-accredited institution; a strong understanding of the principles and practices of Library information services; excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; and the ability to work with diverse constituencies. The successful candidate will also have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
