Vanderbilt University is seeking an experienced and tech-savvy Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team and provide superior technical assistance to our faculty, staff, and students. In this role, you will be the go-to person for all technical support needs, from troubleshooting to installations of hardware and software. We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology and has a knack for problem-solving.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five years of experience in technical support in a university setting, as well as an understanding of different operating systems, network and computer hardware, and various software packages. They should be able to communicate clearly and effectively with a wide range of people, provide excellent customer service, and have the aptitude to learn new technologies quickly.
