- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to the appropriate departments or individuals on campus.
- Accurately record and track all incoming and outgoing mail and packages using the designated tracking system.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Maintain a clean and organized mailroom area, ensuring all supplies and equipment are stocked and readily available.
- Assist with managing and maintaining mailroom equipment, including postage meters and sorting machines.
- Collaborate with campus departments to ensure timely delivery and distribution of important mail and packages.
- Provide exceptional customer service to campus community members by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
