Job Description

Vanderbilt University is looking for an experienced and highly-motivated Licensing Analyst to join our team. This position is an excellent opportunity to join a premier university and to work with a team of talented professionals. The Licensing Analyst will be responsible for the development, negotiation, and execution of complex intellectual property (IP) agreements.The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in intellectual property and contract negotiations, as well as a strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills. A successful Licensing Analyst will have a thorough understanding of IP law and the ability to interpret and explain it. The Licensing Analyst must also be highly organized and have the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.We are looking for a passionate and committed individual to join our team and help us continue to protect Vanderbilt University’s intellectual property.
