Counseling Manager, Urgent Care

1. Manage a team of counselors to ensure the delivery of high-quality mental health services to patients in the urgent care setting.
2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the counseling department, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

13. Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care, including treatment plans, progress notes, and other necessary documentation.
