- Conduct regular inspections and audits of building automation systems to identify and address any potential problems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in building automation technology to continuously improve systems and processes.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders on building automation systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for building automation systems.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and energy efficiency through the optimization of building automation systems.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for installation, maintenance, and repair of building automation systems.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge related to building automation systems.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Building Automation Systems And Controls.
Strong Knowledge Of Programming And Troubleshooting Hvac Systems And Controls, Including Experience With Systems Such As Tridium, Siemens, And Johnson Controls.
Familiarity With Energy Management And Sustainability Practices, As Well As Building Codes And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively With A Diverse Team.
