CARE Support Coordinator

4. Collaborate with other members of the mental health team to develop personalized care plans for students.
5. Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions and progress.
6. Stay up-to-date on mental health resources and services available on campus and in the community.
7. Coordinate and facilitate support groups and workshops for students.
8. Advocate for students' mental health needs and provide guidance on navigating the university system.
9. Communicate effectively and professionally with students, faculty, and staff.
10. Participate in ongoing training and education related to mental health and student support.
11. Collaborate with other departments and organizations within the university to promote mental health awareness and support.
12. Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of mental health support services for students.
13. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards related to confidentiality and student privacy.
14. Maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for students from diverse backgrounds.
15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team dynamic within the mental health department.
