  1. Support the overall management and operations of a designated area on campus.
  2. Maintain a positive and efficient work environment for staff and students.
  3. Assist in the planning and implementation of projects and initiatives within the designated zone.
  4. Collaborate with other zone managers to ensure consistent and effective management practices across campus.
  5. Monitor and maintain budget and resources for the designated area.
  6. Oversee and delegate tasks to a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
  7. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the designated zone.
  8. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with university policies and procedures.
  9. Foster a culture of inclusion and diversity within the designated zone.
  10. Serve as a liaison between staff and upper management, communicating updates and addressing any concerns or issues.
  11. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of data and metrics related to the designated area.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations within the designated zone.
  13. Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, promoting professional growth and development.
  14. Collaborate with other departments and university stakeholders to achieve common goals and objectives.
  15. Adhere to all university policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Or Supervisory Role, Preferably In A University Or Academic Setting.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage A Team Effectively.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Diverse Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Budget Management And Financial Analysis, As Well As Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting.
