
Assistant Director - Reunion and Class Engagement
Vanderbilt University is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated individual to join our team as Assistant Director - Reunion and Class Engagement. This position offers an exciting opportunity to help shape the engagement of our alumni community and to ensure that our alumni experience the highest level of quality and service. The successful candidate will have a passion for cultivating relationships with our alumni, leading reunion and class engagement initiatives, and creating meaningful experiences for our alumni.The Assistant Director - Reunion and Class Engagement is responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of strategic reunion and class engagement initiatives to increase alumni involvement, engagement, and loyalty to Vanderbilt University. Working with alumni leaders and volunteers, this position will also have the opportunity to help shape the alumni experience for all Vanderbilt alumni.The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience with reunion and class engagement initiatives, preferably in a higher education environment. The successful candidate must also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, organizational and project management skills, and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with alumni, staff, and other constituents of Vanderbilt University. Additionally, the Assistant Director – Reunion and Class Engagement should bring a strong commitment to customer service, as well as a desire to work collaboratively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
