  1. Design and develop high-quality instructional materials that align with the university's mission and goals.
  2. Collaborate with faculty and staff to identify instructional needs and develop solutions that enhance the learning experience for students.
  3. Lead a team of instructional designers, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
  4. Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in instructional design to continuously improve the quality of our courses.
  5. Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of instructional materials.
  6. Conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of instructional materials and courses.
  7. Design and implement training programs for faculty and staff on instructional design techniques and tools.
  8. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure consistency and quality in instructional design across all departments and courses.
  9. Communicate regularly with faculty and staff, providing updates on the progress of instructional design projects.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve the instructional design process.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support the university's instructional design needs.
  12. Monitor and track budget and expenses related to instructional design projects.
  13. Act as a liaison between the instructional design team and other departments, promoting collaboration and communication.
  14. Mentor and train junior instructional designers to support their professional growth and development.
  15. Ensure compliance with copyright and accessibility standards in all instructional materials.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Instructional Design, Preferably In Higher Education.

  • Strong Understanding Of Current Instructional Design Theories, Principles, And Best Practices.

  • Experience With Learning Management Systems, Multimedia Development Tools, And Instructional Design Software.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Faculty And Other Stakeholders.
