Assistant Coach, Lacrosse

Vanderbilt University is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic Assistant Coach to join the Lacrosse team and help bring our program to the highest levels of success. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the sport of lacrosse, a commitment to the development of student athletes, and will possess the qualities necessary to be a strong team leader. The Assistant Coach will be responsible for providing support to the Head Coach in all aspects of the program, including recruiting, scouting, on-field coaching, and player development.To be successful in this role, the Assistant Coach must have a solid knowledge of the rules, strategies, and techniques of lacrosse as well as the ability to work with diverse personalities and motivate student-athletes to reach their full potential. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a minimum of two years of collegiate coaching experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.
