  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to faculty members in the Faculty Affairs department.
  2. Develop and implement policies and processes that support the professional growth and success of faculty members.
  3. Maintain accurate and organized records of faculty information, including appointments, promotions, and evaluations.
  4. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for faculty members.
  5. Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
  6. Serve as a liaison between faculty members and other departments within the university.
  7. Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new faculty members.
  8. Manage faculty calendars and assist with time management and prioritization.
  9. Conduct research and gather data to support faculty initiatives and projects.
  10. Collaborate with other members of the Faculty Affairs department to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  11. Handle confidential information and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned by the department leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Experience With Database Management.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Similar Administrative Role, Preferably In A University Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Professionally With Faculty, Staff, And External Stakeholders.
