In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our department.   1. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining department calendars.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for all inquiries and requests, both internal and external, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  3. Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to improve departmental operations and increase productivity.
  4. Track and maintain departmental budgets, including managing expenses and reconciling accounts.
  5. Act as a liaison between departmental staff and other university departments, facilitating necessary communication and coordination.
  6. Organize and maintain departmental records and files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  7. Assist with the planning and execution of departmental events and programs.
  8. Collaborate with team members to identify and address operational issues and recommend solutions.
  9. Provide administrative support to departmental leadership, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  10. Stay informed about university policies and procedures, and ensure compliance within the department.
  11. Train and supervise administrative staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  12. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  13. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions.
  14. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines.
  15. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends to constantly improve administrative operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Organizational Skills And Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Office Management Or Administrative Support Roles At A Higher Education Institution.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Experience With Database Management Systems.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills And Ability To Work Collaboratively With Diverse Teams.
