Job Description

Vacheron Constantin is seeking an experienced, passionate Boutique Manager to join our team and help deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. The ideal candidate for this role will have an eye for detail, a commitment to customer service, and a proven track record of success in managing retail operations. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to delivering the highest quality customer experience at all times.To be considered for this role, you must possess a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a boutique or retail management role, preferably within the luxury goods sector. You must also possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a passion for customer service. A bachelor’s degree in business, retail, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily retail operations to ensure a positive customer experience
  2. Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is adequately replenished
  3. Create and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty
  4. Oversee staff training and performance evaluations
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors
  6. Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
  7. Assist with budgeting and forecasting
  8. Monitor and analyze daily sales reports
  9. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
  10. Track customer feedback and take appropriate action to address customer concerns and complaints
