You will need to be an excellent communicator, possess strong organizational skills, and have the ability to work collaboratively with all members of the team.The ideal candidate will have experience working in a luxury retail environment, be able to build relationships with customers, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Boutique Manager in all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, customer relations, and sales.
2. Deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
3. Build and maintain relationships with customers.
4. Work collaboratively with all members of the team.
5. Work independently as well as part of a team.
6. Develop a strong understanding of Vacheron Constantin’s products and services.
7. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
8. Utilize strong organizational and communication skills to ensure the smooth running of the store.
9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
10. Monitor and analyze sales data and trends to ensure store performance goals are met.
