Instructional Designer

Utah State University is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team. We are looking for an innovative and creative individual who is passionate about creating impactful training materials. The successful candidate must have the capacity to understand and implement the latest educational technologies and strategies to create engaging learning experiences. We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills. The Instructional Designer will have the opportunity to work with students, faculty, and staff to create and deliver engaging and effective learning experiences. To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a degree in educational technology, instructional design, or a related field. Additionally, candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in instructional design, blended learning development, and/or adult learning theory. Experience with learning management systems, video editing, graphic design, and web development are also preferred.
