The ideal candidate will have a degree in hospitality, front desk, or a related field, as well as two years of relevant experience. The Front Desk Lead will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the front desk runs smoothly, and handling all incoming calls and inquiries. He or she will also be responsible for training and mentoring new front desk staff.
