1. Receive, inspect, and unpack incoming merchandise from suppliers
2. Sort and organize merchandise in designated storage areas
3. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are sufficient for store needs
4. Prepare and pack merchandise for shipment to stores
5. Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks
6. Utilize inventory management software to track and monitor stock levels
7. Communicate with store managers to fulfill specific store requests and needs
8. Conduct regular inventory audits to identify and resolve discrepancies
9. Collaborate with other warehouse associates to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
10. Adhere to all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe working environment
11. Keep warehouse clean and organized at all times
12. Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, including but not limited to picking and packing orders, labeling and tagging merchandise, and operating warehouse equipment
13. Stay updated on new merchandise and ensure it is properly labeled and stored
14. Continuously strive to improve processes and suggest ways to increase efficiency and productivity
15. Represent the Urban Outfitters brand by maintaining a professional and positive attitude at all times.
