Welcome to Urban Outfitters! We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Coordinator to join our team. As a Visual Coordinator, you will be responsible for curating and executing visually stunning displays that showcase our unique and eclectic merchandise.   1. Develop and execute visually appealing displays in line with the Urban Outfitters brand aesthetic.
  2. Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure product placement and styling is consistent with company standards.
  3. Stay updated on current design trends and incorporate them into visual displays.
  4. Maintain the visual appearance of the store, regularly refreshing displays and ensuring all products are well-stocked and presented.
  5. Work closely with the store management team to plan and implement visual strategies for upcoming promotions and events.
  6. Ensure that all displays are executed accurately and on time, following specific guidelines and directives.
  7. Manage the visual inventory and ensure all necessary materials and props are available for displays.
  8. Train and coach store associates on visual merchandising techniques to maintain consistency in displays.
  9. Conduct regular store walkthroughs to identify any visual needs or issues and address them promptly.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the storage and organization of visual materials.
  11. Continuously analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of visual displays and make necessary adjustments to improve sales and customer experience.
  12. Communicate regularly with corporate visual team to share best practices and receive feedback on displays.
  13. Adhere to all company safety and security protocols while executing visual displays.
  14. Stay updated on company policies and procedures and ensure they are followed during visual displays.
  15. Demonstrate a high level of creativity and attention to detail in all visual displays.
  16. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the Urban Outfitters brand.
