  • Design and implement innovative talent development programs and initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning within the organization

  • Collaborate with HR and department managers to assess training needs and develop training solutions that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops on various topics such as leadership development, communication skills, and professional growth
  • Use data and feedback to continuously evaluate and improve talent development programs and initiatives
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent development to ensure our programs remain relevant and effective
  • Build strong relationships with employees at all levels and serve as a trusted advisor for their career development
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and team leaders on talent development strategies and practices
  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners to provide additional learning opportunities for employees
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to talent development
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to talent development activities and programs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Talent Development, Preferably In A Retail Or Fashion Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Experience Designing And Delivering Training Programs.

  • Proficiency In Using Learning Management Systems And Other Training Software.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Relationships With Employees At All Levels.
