Job Description

At Urban Outfitters, we believe in making a positive impact on our company and our environment. We are looking for an experienced Sustainability Coordinator to join our team to help us continue to reduce our environmental impact and promote sustainability initiatives and practices. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the principles of sustainability, the ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a passion for environmental stewardship. The Sustainability Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to reduce our environmental footprint and ensure sustainability goals are met. They will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on progress, developing and leading sustainability initiatives, and ensuring that our stakeholders are informed and engaged. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a sustainability related role. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. Knowledge of relevant software and data management systems is also required. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a genuine commitment to sustainability and a desire to make a difference.
