As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, driving sales, and creating an exceptional customer experience.   1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including but not limited to managing inventory, visual merchandising, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase customer traffic, and improve overall store performance.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  5. Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies and procedures.
  6. Communicate effectively with corporate team members and other store managers to share best practices and ensure consistency across the brand.
  7. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
  8. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Manage and adhere to the store's budget, including expenses and payroll.
  10. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and competitors in the market.
  11. Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure the store's displays are on-brand and visually appealing.
  12. Uphold and enforce all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to safety and loss prevention measures.
  13. Foster relationships with local businesses and organizations to promote the store and increase community involvement.
  14. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve store operations and customer experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Management Experience: A Store Manager At Urban Outfitters Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Managing A Retail Store, Preferably In The Fashion Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Leading And Developing A Team, With The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Employees To Achieve Sales Targets And Provide Exceptional Customer Service.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: A Store Manager At Urban Outfitters Must Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate With Customers, Employees, And Other Stakeholders. This Includes The Ability To Handle Difficult Situations And Resolve Conflicts.

  • Knowledge Of Fashion And Trends: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Fashion And Trends, As Well As A Passion For The Urban Outfitters Brand. This Will Help In Creating Visually Appealing Store Displays And Providing Styling Advice To Customers.

  • Strong Business Acumen: A Successful Store Manager Should Have A Good Understanding Of Retail Operations, Including Inventory Management, Sales Analysis, And Budgeting. They Should Also Have The Ability To Make Strategic Decisions To Drive Sales And Increase Profitability.
