- Manage and maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock levels and restocking as needed.
- Receive and unpack merchandise shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper handling.
- Organize and maintain stockroom and sales floor to ensure a clean and well-organized shopping environment.
- Assist with visual merchandising by following company guidelines and ensuring products are displayed in an appealing manner.
- Collaborate with sales associates to ensure accurate and efficient replenishment of merchandise on the sales floor.
- Conduct daily store checks to identify and report any inventory discrepancies or issues.
- Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with customer service as needed, including helping customers locate products and answering questions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to dress code, attendance, and punctuality.
- Continuously stay updated on current fashion trends and product knowledge to assist customers and provide fashion advice.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company's values and brand image.
- Flexibility to assist with other tasks and duties as assigned by management.
