- Maintain and organize inventory levels by restocking and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor and in the backroom storage areas.
- Unpack and process new merchandise shipments, including tagging and pricing items accurately.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory management processes.
- Ensure all merchandise is displayed and presented in accordance with company visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with the sales team to replenish merchandise on the sales floor and assist with customer inquiries.
- Keep storage areas and backrooms clean and organized to optimize efficiency and safety.
- Monitor and report any discrepancies or issues with inventory levels or merchandise quality.
- Participate in store set-up and visual display changes as directed by management.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and loss prevention measures.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.
- Proactively identify and communicate any potential stock shortages or overstock situations.
- Continuously update knowledge of store products and promotions to assist customers and make product recommendations.
- Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned by management.
