- Oversee and manage daily operations of stores and distribution centers to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve processes and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels and product availability in stores and distribution centers.
- Collaborate with various departments including merchandising, logistics, and finance to ensure timely delivery and replenishment of products.
- Train and mentor junior operations coordinators to ensure they understand and adhere to company processes and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues.
- Communicate effectively with store managers and distribution center managers to address any operational issues and find solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols in stores and distribution centers.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and projects to represent the operations team and provide insights and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members and other departments to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Operations Or Supply Chain Management.
Proficient In Microsoft Office And Experience With Inventory Management Systems.
Strong Communication And Organizational Skills.
Knowledge Of Retail Industry And Experience Working With Vendors And Suppliers.
